Shots for website

Me and Ciara worked on editing some individual shots we got from saturdays shoot for the website. I used a website called http://www.pixlr.com/editor/  and first of all used turn down the saturation so the colour wasn't as bright and then brightened it slightly. Then I used a effect called cross process and then I warmed it up and constrasted it slightly. These are how the pictures looked before and after..

Shoot Two - Seward Studio

On Thursday 4th November we had our second shoot in the seward studio from 3.45 - 7pm.  As we had alot of shots missing form our first shoot which was suppose to be a test shoot we concentrated on getting them which were mainly close ups and extreme close ups of each band memeber.  We did this by filming each individual band member on their own performing the whole song with the dance routine etc. so we had a huge range of close ups to choose from when editing.  We used the same blue filtered lights and haze machine from the first shoot as we thought it looked really effective and worked really well on camera.

Shoot One - Seward Studio

On Tuesday 2nd November we had our first shoot in the seward studio from 3.45 - 7pm. We had orginally planned to use this day as a test shoot/dress rehearsal but as we had everything set up and all the costumes ready we thought we might aswell shoot.  Ciara and I went out shopping for the costumes and I think the colour scheme and style of clothes was a really effective look for the band.  We all took it in turns filming and doing lights, we used blue filters over the lights to match our colour scheme.  We used the fan and haze machine to create a smokey effect which I think looked so good on camera and makes it look really professional.  Overall I think the first shoot went really well and better than expected.
